Tanna Donalson
Chief Executive Officer
Tanna is a mother of 2 teens, Physician Assistant, lover of the outdoors and serial entrepreneur. She has a 15 year background in Trauma and Emergency Medicine and now enjoys running her own private practice. As CEO of Aspire Medical Technologies, it is her dream to bring ground breaking medical technologies to the world to make the patient experience, outcomes and medical administration better and easier for everyone. Tanna Donalson graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center with a Masters in Public Health.
Peter brings decades of experience as an award winning MedTech executive, inventor and entrepreneur as well as a 3X CEO. As the Chief Strategy Officer at Aspire Medical, he leverages his extensive background in innovation, business development, and international commercialization to drive the company’s strategic growth and partnerships. Peter’s expertise includes securing numerous patents and guiding multiple medical technologies from concept to market leadership as well as creating successful exits for his Shareholders.
Dr. Thomas graduated from Howard University College of Medicine with an M.D. in Medicine and earned his A.B. in Physical Science and Genetics at Harvard University. He also created and reshaped clinical care delivery systems in 30+ healthcare organizations in the northern hemisphere, including healthcare systems, hospitals, clinics, group practices and an insurance provider medical bureau, while delivering increased quality, patient satisfaction and metrics, in addition to significant new dollars to the organizational bottom lines. He is a relentless problem solver and is especially suited to working in situations that are not functioning at their peak. He is also CMO for L.A. County Health Dept (.8B budget, 22,000 employees,3,500 MDs, 6 hospitals, 6 urgent care centers and 126 clinics)

Ted Lynch,
Technical Strategic Advisor.
Previously Physics Professor at College of William & Mary, and Research scientist with patents, and 40+ publications in ultrasonics. Ted specializes in phantom design, medical ultrasound, FDA 510(k) and PMA process, transducer design and characterization, digital signal processing, materials and tissue characterization.
